Description of the main project objective

The issue of Smart solutions has recently been mentioned from all sides, and this project is no exception. The advantage of the presented solution is the follow-up to the EU Strategy - Clean Energy Education and Energy Utilization Intensification Initiative (C3E). The C3E was born out of the recognition that the ideas and talents of all members of the society are essential to our future clean energy challenges. The project’s attention is focused on the interdisciplinary impact of energy use, including its accumulation, impacts on the environment and the life of the population. The objectives of the program are eliminating the differences in research between women and men and increasing women’s participation, and leadership in these areas is. At present, most of the impacts on the area concerned are only “decentralized”, e.g. in the research sector, in education, business. The project is trying to link it, including the frequently mentioned impact of involving women and young workers at the beginning of their professional career in activities related to power engineering. The activities mentioned in the project contain all elements of incentive and information activities - Competitions, WS - Popularization and presentation activities - Mentoring The close link with EU partners, in particular from the IEA will make it possible to intensify exchanges. The involved partners have experience with collaboration within the international teams, but sometimes they forgot to spread the information to wider audience, incl. public.
